How to join

You'll need to be a member of CILIP: the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals to join the Career Development Group, and as a member you have the option to belong to 2 Special Interest Groups free of charge. You can join more than just 2 Groups, but this involves a small additional charge.

So if you want to become a member of the Career Development Group then join CILIP and select Career Development Group as one of your 2 free Special Interest Groups of CILIP. You'll receive Impact, the Group's journal regularly throughout the year, hear first about many discounted events and courses we run and enjoy access to a professional network that covers the entire UK.
